Unless you have a totally biased professor you should go to the professor and ask for suggestions about how to improve your grade
I mean to do this in a ethical manner
If you are going to fail because your professor is biased and just hates you for no reason this will not work
Otherwise you can probably improve your grade unless you are so far through the semester that there is no way to fix it
