What if kikes are evil but kikes are not in charge

What if the people who are in charge appoint kikes because they know that kikes have no loyalty to the natives of the jurisdiction they live in

For example if a ruler appoints a native as a tax collector the native might take it easy on other natives and have mercy. But because kikes are racist if they appoint kikes as tax collectors then the kikes will intentionally squeeze as much tax out of the natives as possible without mercy.
