If there was no paper or electronic money & people did not put money in bank accounts

How would they collect material things for women & get people to do physical labor for women that initiate divorce on their husbands?

But if the votes were never counted but numbers were simply announced by the media monopoly with no opposition because all news channels are owned by the same monopoly then the problem was never that women got to vote
