Even without that factor, women are physically much weaker than men. Unless she’s gonna use literal drugging, she ain’t raping her husband.
So a guys gonna assault his wife because she won’t stop trying and end up in prison for the next 30 years because he doesn’t want to do something but everyone’s stuck in the rut of “men can’t be raped” so his entire defense falls flat?
Men can be sexually assaulted of course. By other men and by use of drugs. But no, a woman is not forcing herself on a man. He can pick her up and throw her across the room for goodness sake. He doesn’t have to commit battery.
