So we want to maximize the number of high functioning autistic people while minimizing the number of low functioning autistic people

@shortstories @Zergling_man i wouldn't really equate the categories i listed with high functioning autists. it's honestly a very difficult question: how much of autism is natural variance and how much of it is sickness.
