What if lots of people posted about the International Jew to Ford in large numbers

You could post a Wikipedia article about it and sue them for blocking you and call them anti-semitic nazis meanwhile reminding the public that there was a book called the international Jew through such a lawsuit

I heard that the President U.S.A. and other government outlets are not allowed to block posts on their social media outlet and that they can be sued for blocking posts

So why not try suing corporations on similar grounds

Public officials in the US can't block/ban legitimate accounts of US citizens on social media - but posts of those citizen accounts can be removed via the platforms rules.

But if the U.S.A. government is funding the corporation then the corporation doing the blocking could just be the U.S.A. government doing the blocking through a third party

So if the U.S.A. military buys or bought products from Ford then how is Ford just not an extension of the U.S.A. government?
