If you eat a smaller slice then that does not have much protein
Better off just having lean chicken and potatoes cooked together in a stew with a tiny bit of canola oil, salt and spices and then eating some fat free yogurt or fat free feta cheese or some other fat free cheese
Or just baking potatoes sliced in thin wedges and frying chicken in Canola oil & flour or baking the chicken if you want something more crunchy

Once one of Milton Erickson's daughters came to eat food that her mother cooked and came to the table without washing her hands first
He said it was some sort of chicken thing that was her favorite meal and that he taught her a lesson by making her get food from the refrigerator instead of what her mom cooked as a lesson
The original story I read in a book about him was different & much better than what I wrote
