Rapture in this specific context is a code word for something else than what most people who call themselves Christian think of when they hear the word Rapture
It does not mean Jesus will rapture Christians
It means a planned disaster or psychological operation possibly what some people call a reset or catechlism ( spelling ? )

Possibly a mass execution or mass imprisonment or tricking people into joining hidden slave camps thinking they are doing something else like meeting Jesus or going to Mars, they then might dissappear underground and do forced labor in mines like in the movie Star Chasers only they are told they are underthe surface of Mars with Jesus in heaven in outer space but they are still on earth only underground

If enough people fill for the trick it would look like a mass dissapearance or rapture
