The wording is a bit difficult but my agreement is to the following interpretation:
"Of the pool of men who have not run a marathon, 80% are slower than the woman's marathon world record".

It should be ran instead or runned, runned is supposed to be the past tense of running
I am estimating that at least 80% of men have not run a marathon in their entire life
I am just going to write a new poll
