There was never a black member of the Continental Congress.

Peyton Randolph(twice), Henry Middleton, John Handcock(twice), Henry Laurens, ​John Jay, Samuel Huntington, Thomas McKean, John Hanson, Elias Boudinot, Thomas Mifflin, Richard Henry Lee(yes related to Robert E. Lee), Nathaniel Gorham, Arthur St. Clair, Cyrus Griffin all were white.
