The stare bears are like the care bears only they got falsely accused

After being released from jail they need to get a job but are put on a watch list and registry system preventing them from employment

At least in jail they did not need to get a job that they were prevented from getting

They end up working for the lucky one, a previous member of the group who was lucky enough to be charged with manslaughter before the rest were arrested for other things so he was not on the registry
