Carpal Tunnel is median nerve which goes withThumb, index, middle and half of ring finger
Ulnar Nerve is pinky and half of ring finger
Radial Nerve is thumb
Try to think of what actions you did or do that brings or brought pain at that location
And what if any actions relieve pain
