Before you conclude it is arthritis with no cure see a occupational therapist or a physical therapist that soecilizes in hands
A hand doctor might be good but if they say to get surgery do not do it without seeing a therapist to prescribe exercise instead first
There is also a certain number B vitamin that helps if you take close to but no more than the upper limit
There might be certain physical activities to temporary avoid Or change how you do them until it is healed
If you get B6 at half the upper limit and take it twice a day or at the upper limit and take it once a day
That does not require health insurance
But I am also not telling you to take B6
I am not providing medical advice for legal reasons
I am just saying it is possible to buy it and take it without health insurance
