This footage has been doing the rounds. Its a tank battle near Siversk, Ukraine.
Russian "Turtle Tank" versus Ukrainian T-72 I guess.
It's not clear who won the battle but the Russian Turtle Tank seems to have withstood at least one direct hit from the Ukrainian tank.
Also some people are saying it's actually a Russian BMP, which if true would make it even more impressive that it was able to take a direct hit.

Looks like a video game to me
News people probably just used video game footage and claimed it was real life news footage
@shortstories @randbot @William_The_Dragonborn considering the drones UI is clearly visible and the footage is a bit grainy at parts its most likely real or at least not video game footage.
