Maybe but if a person is a celebrity who is famous on mainstream media then I will assume transgender until proven otherwise whenever any reason is given to suspect such a thing because preferance is given to transgender people in the hiring process
Normal female arms are not a reason. The whole transgender thing, though it is in itself disgusting and pushed on us by the Jews, are nothing more than a red herring. U will get nowhere with it, except wasting Ur time.
It is not illegal and most people don't even care.

Older women arms look like that if they are training and not fat. Very common.
After lets say 40 it is almost a given. If they are training and keeping fit with a low body fat.
I don't know how hard it is for them to balance their diet so they gain just a little more body fat without geting obese. Might be hard.
Most are just obese.
