Police officer pulled motorcycke on top of himself pinning himself to the ground when assaulting a motorcycle driver

I thought I posted link with youtube video but only have my description and I might have deleted the video from history assuming I posted it
@shortstories I mean, look at how they are - the motorcyclist lifts the MC off the cop- he could at least have the HUMAN-DECENCY to say "THANKS, but unfortunately i'll have to take you in" (for whatever crime, which i don't know).
Always tackling, no decent common sense-- WHEN the police is just as much barbaric brutes as the criminals they chase, just AS DELUDED AS ANY IDIOT OUT THERE, as much in the same consensus as a GENRALLY SICK SOCIETY - THEN, an error arises in ALL OUR'S WAY OF LIFE!
So the claim is he was driving 40 miles per hour at a 35 mile per hour zone and that a police officer in a unmarked car caught him doing that and then the police officer in a regular police vehicle made a very dangerous u turn to catch him
This other witness never showed up and could have had a fabricated existence
The officer did not say what speed he was speeding but the video narrator said they calculated based on video footage and maps that the average speed was 40 mph
The police officer told him to do something or he would pull him off and then he asked, "why" so he grabbed him and pulled him and then the motor cycle fell on the police officer with the person still on the motor cycle and both of them trapped
he then managed to get out with the police officer still pinned
When he lifted the motor cycle so the police officer could get out the officer tackled him which could not have happened if he lift him there
The video has the word embarass or embarrasses or embarrassed of embarassing in it and they said it was in Calumet or Kalumet Wisconsin and the guy was named Clayton or Klayton but I could not find it again
