So if she moved to another state before they could capture her and take her to court could she then still be arrested while in another State for violatimg a local State law?

A white man took pills that turned his skin black so he could get money to go to college
Then he dated a black woman and felt guilty because she did not have money to afford college and had to work a job
She needs to find these pills and take them but not ferl guilty about it
When they take her to court she can be like clearly I am not that woman in the video
