I am going to suspect that either his death was faked and the inclusion of the Nazi era German weapon was to make people think there are Nazis to promote the idea that Nazis are a threat and they need to crack down on free speech

Or Kikes assassanated him for changing his mind because he was not supporting Kikes as much as he used to and they claimed that weapon was used to justify suppressing free speech because of Nazis
