There's two things that make allies:

There is no going back to anything. Making things right again will be a forward process informed by the past but in no way anchored to it. misty eyed romantics will be forced to spectate. We are creating something new, not clumsily trying to reanimate dead histories.
responsibility:
People who are waiting for other people to do the Big Thing for them, or waiting for the Big Thing to just happen, are too jewtarded.
You can not do the right thing until the percent of people capable and willing to do the right thing collectively as a group of individuals
Exceeds those capable and willing to collectively do the wrong thing
This is complicated because it is really more like the sum of the people times their average capability per person
If there are not enough people then it will fail and delay success
If people never realize there are enough people it will never be tried & fail

The stages are
1 inform people, if people in police and military can be brought to switch sides this makes the future steps easier but they also might retaliate against you for presenting the information
2 physical, mental, matetial resource and skill preparation of people informed of the problem
3 Ignoring the commands of the persuaders who use fraud
4 Collective physical defense against the aggressive initiators of violence & fraud to persuade people to such violence
