Why are the ones from Alaska not drug addicts?
Is there at least one from Alaska that is not a drug addict and if so why do they look like that without being a drug addict if they are from Alaska in at least one case?

That is the look of both Alaskans and drug addicts. Some ar just drug addicts and some are just Alaskans while some are both drug addicts and from Alaska.
