Let's presuppose there is no average difference in the genetics that effect the phenotypes of black people's brains vs white people's brains

Even if this is the case when someone gives black people all these priveleges simply because of their skin color the temptation to behave badly because you can get away with it is very great

It takes a truly outstanding black person to have all these priveleges and still choose to behave like a decent human being when society let's them behave badly
