@FluentInFinance I'd push back on the car one a little bit. Cars were crap. If your car lasted 5 years or 100,000 miles it was extraordinary. Now cars are expected to do 12 years/250k or it's a lemon. They're a lot safer too and even the ICE ones emit far less pollution per mile.
