Allegedly a kid was sentenced to a mental hospital in England for poisoning people then people got poisoned in the mental hospital then he was released as an adult then poisoned more people
His work place sent an investigator to see if people were poisoned then the investigator replied that people were not poisoned and he exolained of course they were poisoned because of such and such medical symptoms and he got caught again
