I am watching this documentary called
black beach / white beach
And it is very misleading
They claim that 10 times as many people show up to
Black Bike Beach
As to
Harley something
But there is only twice the crime rate
They then conclude that black bike week visitors commit one fifth the crime of Harley related visitors
But we are not told the crime rate on a regular day or the regular population on a regular day
Let's say 10 times the vistors less than doubles the population

If multiplying the visitors by 10 makes the population less than doubled but the crime rate doubles
Then the visitors to black bike week commit more crime per person on average
But they are claimed to be 80% less violent because the crime only doubled but the number of visitors was multiplied by 10
Completely ignoring the crime rate when there are no visitors
