This & possibly more is what you would have to do to avoid bio-engineered food 100%

If it is on the list of bio-engineered foods then do not buy it unless it says non-gmo or organic on the label

Do not buy any food, medicine, toothpaste, soap, shampoo or body wash that is not vegan because they are allowed to inject animals with mRNA so called vaccines and then still put the organic or non-gmo label
