Processed foods can enable people to eat more of a desired nutrient without getting full by reducing fiber if you can not get enough of the nutrient because a plant food makes you feel to full

Yet at the same time processed foods do not prevent you from eating low Calorie high fiber foods if you already had enough nutruents but are hungry
