Despite claims of melatonin not being habit forming after using it on most nights I eventually needed larger and larger doses to go to sleep early
So I stopped taking it every night & only take it when it is really important to go to sleep early
On days when it does not matter when I go to sleep I do not take it
I am not telling people whether or not to take melatonin but I am simply describing my opinion about my personal experience
I am not making a medical claim about other people
I think it's pretty evident that drugs are bad, and even more bad when taken regularly. The less drugs you take, the better.
