Yiddish is a mixture of European and Slavic languages in bad Grammar written in modern Hebrew font which is different font than the Hebrew the oldest fragments of the Old Testament were written in
They changed the letter Tav which originally looked like a cross for example
Ancient Hebrew is called Paleo Hebrew and it looks like the Ancient Phoenician Alphabet except maybe one letter is different
Perhaps Most or All of the font is different than modern Hebrew

In ancient Hebrew each letter supposedly made a different sound but in modern Hebrew they can not tell the dufference between a W and a V and there are many other examples like that because they stole the alphabet to represent their language that does not use the same sounds as the original alphabet
