I just want to say that taichi the way it is taught in most taichi schools I have seen will not result in having a body that looks like a body builder in the absense of other exercises
But I will not say here that advertisements promising such results are scams because I do not want to get sued
I also will not claim here that weightlifting can build more strength & muscke mass than taichi and that using an elliptical can result in faster weight loss than taichi because I do not want to be sued
