If you see someone who looks mongoloid and not white they could be southeast Asian or Middle eastern or Hispanic

But there are some middle eastern and hispanic people that simply do not look 100% Southeast Asian

And I was thinking maybe those ones are a mixture of Mongoloid plus Caucasian and or Negroid

I am not talking about Portugese and Soanish Europeans when I say hisoanic in this context
