A bicycle with a machine gun attached to the handle bars could only aim things in certain directions
I just do not see how it could be used only for self defense without accidentally shooting people you do not intend to aim at
It might fall down tipping over if you aimed it perpendicular to the direction of travel when both the front and back wheels are parallel
