Do modern programmers know how to program from scratch without accessing libraries written by other programmers and without AI? If they do not I predict the total collapse of the computer system as soon as the last people that know how to program from scratch quit, retire or die.

I want people to simply stop believing in money, government and corporations but I do not want a collapse resulting in people dying
So does that mean we are fifteen years closer to this prediction coming true or do new programmers know how to program from scratch?
