IQ CANNOT BE CHANGED FROM THE OUTSIDE.
I spent too long on this today, but I just hate it so much when people have strong opinions about things they don't understand.
I believe you could improve the average math scores of black people by forcing them to live in a geographic region with only civilised white people and other adopted black people in which they have no influence by outside ghetto black culture but the moment they are exposed to ghetto black culture they would behave badly this would require no exposure to their biological parents if their biological parents practice ghetto black culture
There is no legal cure to ghetto math
The reason ghetto black culture and the resulting bad math test scores can not be cured is because it would be illegal to take all black children away from their parents without their parents consent as babies to raise them in a civilised white culture with adopted parents who are good at math and view value in math education
