There's not much to share, it's planned to be an orchard and pasture raising sheep and fruit. I bought it on the cheap because it was full of trash and neglected to be wasteland.

Did you check to make sure the land is not contaminated with poison such as but not limited to heavy metals? Maybe some of the trash poisoned the land or it could have already had heavy metals even before it was covered in trash
No, it used to be pasture and it was overgrazed and then the salt brush came in and then supressed the native grasses. Mormons destroyed it through bad pasture management. It can be restored.
