An interesting question is is their a distinction between discriminating against someone because of absense of ancestry as opposed to discriminating against them because of ancestry

Perhaps Kikes get away with this because they are not discriminating against them because they believe someone has a particular ancestry but because they believe they do not have a particular ancestry
