Let's say you have a weather forecast by the hour and it is raining in the hour interval that you are in and the forecast is regularly updated throughout the day and it already rained in that hour interval and you are halfway through the interval but it does not say 100% chance of rain. If it already rained in that interval there is a 100% chance of rain but they did not figure it out based on past data in that interval!
