Even if differences in behavior of people from foreign countries is zero percent due to genetics and the genetics are only correlated with the behavior because people with those genetics were raised in that environment

They are still going to bring their good or bad culturally taught behaviors with them when they immigrate

And if you do not like those cultural behaviors you should be allowed to keep them out or only allow them in if they past a test to filter out those behaviors & ideologies
