I remember filling out a form on the internet and being allowed to register as a conscientious objector on that form
But I would like to know if someone can update that form and register in advance as a conscientious objector if they did not already do so
In WW2 c.o.s were drafted and sent into combat with "non combatant" roles. Unarmed with a big red cross on your helmet is no way to die.
