If he lives in a Democrat stronghold like some parts of California or Massachussettes then 25 dollars an hour is not enough to pay rent at a 40 hour per week job
Also he is evil because he could have took a bribe to let people come in and steal the toilet paper instead of wasting supplies and burning the place down
I am not endorsing that action because it is illegal but it would be less wasteful than burning the place which I am also not endorsing
