The special ED I remember is a woman teacher lying on top of a girl and grabbing all four of the girls arms and legs
And also a white girl kicking at a black guy who grabbed her by the legs and hoping she does not get thrown out the window
And the guy with the highest grades in the school hitting his head over and over again on a locker
And be warned by a teacher that someone probably memorused everyone's number in the phone book and that somehow makes him dangerous

I do not remember any special ED student never having to do homework and getting to play video games in class
There was the extra special retarded section I was shown once but they were not given video games and I do not think they would know how to play them
Now a black person told me he never had to do homework at his bkack and hispanic school and was given a high school certificate instead of a high school degree
