Do animals that hit things wity their heads as their regular fighting method get concussions when they hit things with their heads
Woodpeckers with a human brain would get a concussion every single time they hammered a tree to get food. They've got special brains that can withstand it, though how it works is something that's debated and studied. So it's safe to say animals that headbutt a lot are adapted for it, though by how much probably varies based on the species.
