Hey so Im thinking of adding a /spam/ board to the nutty but I cant really moderate the entire site if I have to manage a spam board and the entire site.

And then the can volunteer take over the entire site to form their super agenda and turn it against whatever your original plan was which you only find out years later

They can secretly block posts that fit whatever type of speech you want to allow then let in posts of whatever type you want to block
You have to keep track of what the moderator is doing to some degree to make sure they are not doing that
Although keeping track of the moderator or moderators might still be less work than moderating yourself
