If you are from China and have not committed a crime then you should be allowed to publicly denounce the Chinese government to avoid deportation, if you refuse to denounce the Chinese government then you should be deported to China

If you committed a crime then you should be prosecuted for that crime instead of being deported. After your sentence is up if it is not a life sentence you should then be given the opportunity to denounce the Chinese government and stay or be deported to China
