A mandatory math test should be required for all individuals over 18 years old
Failure to pass the math test would require a choice of more mandatory math classes in a math study center prison or deportation
Those who do not pass the math test should not be allowed to vote, collect government benefits or be employed until they pass the test
Individuals who are too disabled to communicate can be put in special care centers instead of the prison but not allowed to leave without supervision
"I got accosted by people over how I should vote on a constitutional change (right outside the polling booth), and they haven't even read the proposed change."
Those people who accosted you whatever that means might have been breaking the law by accosting you too close a distance to the voting booth instead of accosting you from a farther away distance
