Most common trick today might be making up whatever numbers you want
Biased interpretation of data is not the same as fraudulent data
People might call news stories biased but they would call people who believe fraudulent data can be put on the news "conspuracy theorists"
Algebra, Trigonometry & Calculus models are better for testable, observable, predictable & applicable scientific models than statistics because they give numbers in their formulas as functions of other numbers
@shortstories Only experience can protect you from up front click bait statistics. But if you give time for the truth to catch up, then the false statistics eventually disappear.
