Why do people believe there are shape shiifting lizards
If they are shape shifting how do they know they are lizards and not mammals or birds or amphibians?

It's the uncanny valley. They fill the void of creatures that pretend to be human into something that their minds can comprehend - mostly from tv (godzila, etc).
In reality it's just jews...everyone they accuse of being a lizard, is just a jew.

Can Ashkenazi Jews reproduce with non Ashkenazi Jews?
Ifvthey are a different species do they fake reproducing with non-Ashkenazi Jews to trick people into thinking they are the same species?

Of course they can. It's not unusual for different species to be able to cross-breed.
Most dna characteristics are not related to outer appearance: there are many traits that are internal, often determining how the organs, circulatory system, bones, their brain activities, hormones and even how their core lizard cortex behave.
Which is why many of the behavior that we carry are biologically determined by our genetics and jews are not exception, no matter how they try to disguise.
