like, as if there was any question in your mind about who actually runs subs like this.....
basically their system knows every detail about not only the habits and productivity of their employees but also how any worker bee is feeling at any given moment, if they are distracted or frustrated, and will send up a red flag to a supervisor for any aberrant behavior detected.
