There's a reason the controlled opposition loves repeating it, because it's an inversion of the truth.
The propaganda is there precisely to give you hope, not to take it away. When people lose all hope, they react, they revolt, because they know they have nothing to lose.
The line should instead read: The more hopeless the situation, the more the propaganda is necessary.
Make no mistake, the current situation IS hopeless, but only because young men haven't lost hope and continue to feed into the system.
Some have hope Trump will save America, others place their hopes in the BRICS "multipolar world order" and many get hopium from their religions/cults. All of these are traps the elites laid out for you. Hope must come from within, there is no one out there to save you and the situation will remain hopeless until enough young men realize this.
