hey, crypto bros, is there some crypto exchange that provides payment gateway where i can get paid out in fiat instantly? meaning, user pays with crypto but i receive fiat. is that a thing?

@Justicar the only exchange I'm allowed to use per regulation allows me to send crypto to my account's wallet, then sell that crypto for fiat, then withdraw the fiat to my bank account. So just look for something like that where an account grants you a crypto wallet and it wants to know your banking info.
@ButtWorldsMan what i essentially needs is for the service to accept crypto and deposit fiat to my account. i saw some services but it seems they do not do the conversion as part of the process so the fiat amount might differ from the time of purchase/sale.
