Year-over-year, the median price of single-family houses in San Francisco plunged by 21%, the sixth month in a row of year-over-year declines.
It was the biggest year-over-year plunge since the peak of Housing Bust 🚨
I got so greedy about buying UNG it started rising again. 😂 such is life. The question is does it keep going up and should I just keep buying now.

I will probably be holding into March - April. I would assume (I could be wrong) that the northern hemisphere will be rebuilding stockpiles into then. The past five years or so I have noticed that the winter has been extending into mid-march, at least where I'm from.
Also might be fuckery in the energy markets to starve out Russia --- which will consequently fuck everyone else and push more countries into BRICS. OPEC cuts more stabilizing/driving up oil prices, then at some point when it's not possible to suppress it anymore prices moon in response to demand.
@Tfmonkey This might be a long shot, but crashing LNG prices before Freeport might have to do with lessening the impact of price equilibrium when it does hit.
@spectre one thing the MMM has taught me is how to be forward looking and do research. MSM news is almost never "breaking news" or its misleading altogether. That means plenty of room to exploit discrepancies between belief and reality.
